A: In order to access the $100 credit, you must login using your Duly Health and Care email address. Old email addresses (with the @dupagemd.com or @boncura.com extension) are NOT valid on this site.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different item in the store?
A: Exchanges will only be made in the case of a product error.
Q: Can I exchange my item if the item does not fit?
A: No....Items that were received as ordered cannot be returned for issues with size, color or logo. (If a blue shirt, size medium is ordered and a blue shirt, size medium is shipped, it can’t be returned because it doesn’t fit or the customer doesn’t like the color.) Please review each item's size chart carefully to determine your best size.
